Has anyone out there heard of an appetite suppressant called hoodia? I'd like to lose 30 pounds. I'm already exercising; want to take a safe, natural supplement to help me along.

Please respond. Thank you so much.

Hoodia Is Safe
Your post is ages old, but I just joined and saw it with no response, so I thought i'd reply.

Hoodia is safe and a good idea for your purposes. But stick to good brands - flora, source naturals, paradise herbs. Also, bija tea has hoodia tea.

It tricks your brain into thinking you're full. Drink lots of water (it thinks you're not thirsty, too), and take it half hour before a meal.

I would not recommend this supplement. I have seem multiple medical problems with this supplement ranging from blood pressure problems to neurological problems. Treat the problem not the symptom. The problem is the symptom of a large fuel tank and you need to find the real problem - not try a potential health harming product.

Hoodia does have problems if taken alone. You should also take L-Arginine with it because it helps in removing ammonia from the body, it improves immune function, quickens repair time of damaged tissue, reduces risk of heart disease, helps improve insulin sensitivity, reduces adipose tissue body fat, helps decrease blood pressure, and last but not least increases circulation through out the body.
By adding Guarana Seed Extract it will help affect how quickly the body perceives itself to be full.
Add Green tea, potassium and vitamin b-12 to the mix and you will definitely get better, healthier results then HOODIA alone.

I recommended this product for it is FDA lab approved and the best price for the nutrition it offers, such as
Milk Thistle
Beta Alanine
Vitamin C
Vitamin B12
Chrysin
Tribulus
Magnesium
Acai Berry
DHA
L-Arginine
Guarana Seed Extract
Green Tea Extract
Dandelion Root
Hoodia Goordoni
Potassium
Vitamin A
Vitamin E
Resveratrol
Grape Seed Extract
Vitamin D
Curcumin
Alpha Lipoic acid

I would love feed back, questions, or opinions (good or bad) to this post Wink

Hope this helped
