For the last few days I have been getting a dull flutter/pain in my back that is around the area of my heart. I am quite concerned because I have no idea as to what it is. I am a 24 year old female who is overweight and recently I have been under a great deal of stress.

I do have acid reflux (but not in a while) and I cannot tell if this is heart or stress related. Unfortunately the more I worry about it, the more stressed I get. Any insight that someone could give would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I dont seem to have any other symptoms other than the pain/flutter that feels like my heart beating.
