I am a 19 yr old female and for a couple of months I had some very bothersome(consistant) symptoms mucus in stools, constipation
severe lower abdominal pressure, and not wanting to eat much and never sleeping drove me to the Dr. And finally had a colonoscopy ran and I had severe internal hemerroids and distal colitis. Its been about 2 months or so now and I feel the same...Horrible. My question is that everthing that I have read on distal colitis is that your first symptoms are usually loosening of the stools but ever since I have had this problem I have had severe constipation..Why is this?
