I was wondering if it is a bad thing to stop taking your pills early, like im going away next weekend and dont want my period so if I stop today (5 pills left) and have my cycle and then start my new back next friday is that safe to do!?!?!
Help!

Hmm im not sure that that's a good idea.. When I stopped my pills early it took and extra 5 days to start my period. And depeding on the pill you take, they have like diff amounts of hormones in them (ie. Tri-cyclen)

Stopping early wouldnt be the best idea, but you can skip your period without stopping early. Instead of doing the whole off-week pills, skip over those and just start a new pack. This usually works best if you're on a monophasic pill (one that has the same level of hormones in all the pills).
