Q: Strange Pyschological Effect (possible Pregnancy)

I recently had sex with my girlfriend about two weeks ago. A condom was used, but due to the fact that it was taking long for me and she had already orgasmed, we stopped before I ejaculated. There was no sperm in the condom, and it was not broken.

Well, recently, she's been quite paranoid and has been showing certain signs of pregnancy, such as increased breast size and emotional ups and downs, and a slight stomach pain in the morning. She had an abnormal period schedule before we had sex (this was her first time, by the way.), and she would sometimes have them for two weeks, and then not have another one for three months. She hasn't had a period since we had sex, but the strange schedule may account for that.

I was wondering, even though I didn't ejaculate, is there any possibility of pregnancy? If not, could she be having a sort of hypocondriac effect and may be imagining these pregnancy symptoms?

Thank you very much.
