Non Preg Topic...i Don't Know What to Do Posted: 01-12-05 16:05pm
My boss is being real health forum lately
and she's been training this new girl (who
is like her niece or something) anyhoo
she's been training her allll wrong and it
makes my job 3 times more difficult and
when I brought it up (kinda) to my boss
this morning she gave me caca. Then when
I was doing my balancing today it was the
trainee's initials and my boss's on some
and my boss' were messed up too. Now I
don't know what to do. I don't want to
bring it up again since i'l probably get
caca, but if this all ends up messed up
i'll get caca anyway. The only higher
person than my boss is the owner and I
don't wanna bother him with this stuff as
he's almost never here anyway. Arghh.
It's getting ridiculous. Also I was
moved to a diff division to help them out
in september (cause i'm one of the few
bilingual people here) they were suppose
to hire someone for this position withing
3 months. I have now been here almost 5
months and they keep hiring people for my
old dept. The girl they made me train
for my maternity leave now moved back to
germany yesterday so.... This company is
*ucked!!!!!!

Why dont you teach the trainee how to do
it the right way and then when you boss
messes up make it her job to fix it. Just
dont put it like that. If she is raining
for a job she needs to know how to do it
right! Is your boss a man or a woman?

My boss is a woman and I offered to train
the trainee and my boss said no that she'd
do it to make sure it was done properly..

Only thing or advice that I can give you
is to show the mess ups and show the
initials of who messed it up, but dont sit
back and do nothing because then it is
going to be a bigger mess. Good luck hun

I just had to take down the x-mas
tree and stuff. I'm a customs broker and
investment agent not a gofer!!!!
