It is very possible to get pregnant after being on the pill for many years. There are women who have been on it for 10 years, and they have been able to have children after stopping it.

It may take a few months for your period to get "adjusted" again though. Some women have their period right on time after stopping the pill, others may take a few months to get regular again.

So, yes it is possible for you to get pregnant--when (and if) you get pregnant is up to your body!

Ofcourse you can get pregnant, as soon as your body is finished re-adjusting. It could even be in the first month after stopping. The pill only works as long as you are taking it. It's not permanent. Good luck!!

Actually, as soon as you get off birth control you are more likely to get pregnant! Some of the women on here have been on birth control for years, and as soon as they quit they were pregnant. If you want to be I hope you are. No worries! Good luck! :d

i stopped the pill in august of 2008, in november of 2009, i uh, OOPS got pregnant. I was on the pill for 2 years. You can defiently get pregnant!
