Q: Body Lice (furniture Removal)

Hi all,
im pretty sure I got body lice. Im staying in rented accom and think I got it from the matress. I cant really afford a new one, and lets face its a bit emabarassing to ask for a new one. Wot products can I use to rid my matress,furniture,carpet etc of the lice?????
