Headache and Migraines Forum

I have had a headache for the past three days with a stiff neck. I have also had a sore throat and been sick to my stomach. Very fatigued. Can anyone help. I don't have insurance right now so I can't afford to see a Dr.

Well I would try sleeping without any distractions so your headache dosen't get worse, or if take some headache medcine like advil or motrion but if that dosen't work try and have somebody massege your neck for you for a couple of hours if that dosen't work take a nice hot bath I hope I helped you!
