I have been Excess in practicing masterbution more than 4 times in a week for last 15 years or more is true that masterbution lead to erectile dysfunction and if i stop from now how long i need to be better more than now because at present sometimes i am feeling i cant get full erection even when i get up at morning sometimes ther was no erection and sometimes during the daytime i am getting erection for 20-30minutes
