I am a 31 year old overweight guy with a history of depression. I have just(again) started dieting to try to lose weight, as it is this that I feel contributes a great deal to my negative feelings. I get extremely angry and have done so most of my life. It is something that I control at work but I make my brother and mothers life hell at home. This usual makes me feel extremely negative abouyt my self and thus the 'circle begins again. Any one any ideas how to break out of the cycle.
