Extremely eHealthy
You are not alone. It is not your fault. Talk to your parents. You can go to mental health in your area or talk to a counselor! You are not only hurting yourself but you are hurting those that care about you and love you. Please get help!
Sincerely,
sandy

Cutting
Amber,
you can go to a community hospital or a mental health center and tell them you want to hurt yourself. They can help you from there. Just explain your situation about your parent to them and they will take it from there. In the state where i'm from it is the parents responsiblities to take action when a child reaches out as you are doing and they can get in trouble for not doing so. But if the parent decides not to help their child then the state can take over.

I wish you all the luck. Please stop cutting yourself. I take care of several people who cut themselfs for the same reason and it does them no good at all, but leave horrible scars and memories. Talking about your problems, writing about it in your journal, using art such as drawing, painting, poetry, writing songs, writing letters to those who hurt you and then tearing them up will help get a lot of your pain out. I know i've done it. I still use those tools. Try them. They work.

Best of wishes,
pebbles

One Day At a Time
Even tho things are looking up I am going to throw in my 2 cents for what its worth.

I started cutting when I was in 7th-8th grade I am now 25 and my last cutting incident was in june 2004. I was diagnosed bi-polar in july 2004. If you feel that the meds are not helping so much then talk to your doctor further....Ask your parents to see a meds specialist so you can get on a good dose. I am finally on a good dose but I still have the urge to cut when I have a bad day. This is something that is not just going to go away. What most people don't understand is that you can equate cutting to drug addiction or alcaholism. You have to take it one day at a time. With a good support system you should be able to control it, but please bear in mind that when you ohave a bad day you have to be stronger than it. When your feeling down.....Get away from anything that you could cut with...Go take a walk, or watch a movie with the parents, and definately stay out of the kitchen and tool shed.

If you ever need anyone to talk to about this please feel free to contact me. I am on yahoo (messenger and mail) as ceriauna

peace be in your heart

The only cure would be jesus, medications suck, you're not a mistake, stop feeling down. It could be like one of this season affective disorder, all the time. Jk. But yeah try to make this best of things.

Mmm
Remember...

1. Science says we live just because we are in a planet that allow our kind of existence. We have no reason to live for.

2. Human nature allows (and a lot of) subjectiveness. There's no an objective reason to live but a millions of subjective ones.

3. Even though life doesn't matter, hurting and harming people/animals is not fair since we have no rights on doing so.

4. The only subjective objective reason to live is to be happy.

Regards

I know exactly what your talking about. The cutting helps your pain go away. I was diagnosed with bipolar, depression, and social anxiety. I always feel stupid if I can't do something. It sucks
