Kidney Conditions Forum - Following a Transplant

My husband got cmv after the transplant . Now he is having other problems like maybe its rejecting. But I can't get him to drink he is very swollen. He is on a strong med. Trying to save the kidney . But he won't drink enough water. Just how important is this. I keep begging him to drink but he won't his creatin has gone to 8. Now I am getting worried the docs are doing great but he won't drink tell me what I should do please
he also has a lot of upset stomach . He is in the hospital now for the last 13 days .

If he doesnt like water......Flavor it with something

i am 8 months out.........He can save it......He has to obide by the docs

he has to no other way...
