For those with eczema, has anyone treated their eczema throughout pregnancy? If so, what treatments did you use?

Hello

I don't have eczema but I did have itchy dry skin around my stomach when I was pregnant. I applied a non-toxic lotion that I market and it stopped the itching and softened my skin.
