Q: Early Signs of Pregnancy??

Um, help! What are the early signs of pregnancy??? How soon can you tell?? Also, when I was a baby I had spynal meningitis and the medications im on now are depakote, concerta, singulair, amitriptyline, and lexapro. I've been diagnosed w/ bi-polar disorder, add, migrains, and depression. Would any of these things make me less likely to become pregnant?? And can you become pregnant from anal sex?? Help please!! I'm freeking out and paranoid because I don't want to be pregnant, and my boyfriend and I just started having sex, and I need to know what to look for!!! Please help! Oh, and I just had my period about a week and a half ago, and the one time we had actual sex we used a condome.

Many Questions
I have add and depression also. First of all, us obsessive adders need to calm down b/c freaking out doesn't help the process of getting pregnant. Concerta does not interfere with getting pregnant but can cause harm to a growing baby because it's chemical structure is much like that of caffien and nicotein. A little won't hurt but prolonged exposure has not been tested. Most women are not on that medication, much less most adults. Cingulair can prevent pregnancy by drying up cervical mucus. I suggest looking up all of your other meds. You may want to switch to prozac under doctor supervision of course, it has fewer side effects than many other anti-depressants. The bi-polar medication tends to be pretty strong stuff from what I know so research it. There is no way in heaven or on earth that a woman can get pregnant from anal sex. The only way to get preggers it to have intercourse around the time of ovulation and for the sperm to enter into the cervix, up into the fallopian tubes. Your anus does not connect to your vagina and therefore conception cannot occur. And if you are ttc, be very careful about possible vaginal infections caused by getting fecal matter into your vagina.

Extremely eHealthy
On all those meds you need to find out asap to find out if you can take them or not with a baby. Possibly need to find out before you can pass a urine test, unless you are one who actually can pass 4 days be4 missed period.
