Q: Zinc Treatment

Hey guys, I have been struggling with acne for about 6 years now and I have decided to try to use a zinc supplement program to see if it works. I will take about 80-90 mg zinc picolinate per day and 6 mg copper per day to compensate for the zinc. I am currently taking minocycline and I read on the internet somewhere that zinc will interact with the minocycline. Will copper interact with minocycline? Can I take minocycline and copper in the mornings and evenings and take the zinc at lunch without any of the drugs interacting and weakening eachother?

Anybody tried this before?
Thanks

Oyster extract powder
Get yourself a high zinc oyster extract powder. This will contain zinc with it's co factors like copper and manganese in a bioavailable form as nature intended. The bioavailability of synthetic and non natural zinc supplements is very dubious. Oyster extract will also contain all the trace elements you need along with vitamins, fish oils, and amino acids. It is really good for skin problems.

zinc is in food naturally so you are already taking it - ask your doctor what taking a suppliment will do to the minocycline
