Q: Open Ring Rash

I have a strange red, slightly dry bumpy open circled rash on the left side of my upper torso. It's not ring worm and doesn't itch. Anyone have any ideas on what it may be? I have a history of eczema, but it doesn't look anything like it. :?: :?:
