Omg mega proud

okay this may not sound like much to you guys but I used to be in amazing shape and like then once I got pregnant I had no energy to do anythign but stuff around the house and work and sleep (which I barely even do).. So like I have not like worked out a single day in my pregnancy. Like maybe twice in the begining but I have gained so much weight and my feet just hurt... Well after talking to my mom today about like lazer surgery and like my weight gain and her wanting me to up my pant size I was like forget it... I finished up my emails grabbed my cd player and phone and took off I just went on a 50 minute power walk flat streets and hills! A full cd 12 songs! I am proud of myself and it wasnt even as bad as I thought I guess me standing on my feet all day hurt but that walk felt good... Plus its night time and nice and cool outside so like yeah!

Okay i'll shut up now i'm just officially determined to not gain all this weight and I will loose it afterwards no matter what it takes... Today was my wake up!

I used to take power walks all the time before I moved in with bf.. I used to grab my cd player and just go wherever my heart desired.. It gave me time to think about things and when I think, I like to listen to music, and move around.. It didn't matter the hour.. Sometimes I would take a walk at 2 in the morning.. Every night unless it rained or was too windy or yucky outside. When I wasn't outside taking a walk. I was in my room pacing back and forth listening to the radio.. Constantly walking..I always walked at night.. I didn't like to be seen or bothered by people.. But I was always afraid some teenagers up to no good would be outside.. Nightime is the best time to take a walk.. I don't walk anymore becuase where I am now.. There are huge hills that I have to walk up and it takes alot out of me.. Plus I just lost interest and the fact that where I used to be ..There was alot of ways I could walk and end up where I began.. Where I live now.. We don't exactly have that except for one u street but that is too short of a walk and it's nothing but hill.
