One night I masterbated and I didn't wash my hands afterwards and I my have touched my face and inside of my mouth while sleeping.
Could this cause hiv.

Its alright, it's your cum and nothing can happen. You're alrite, just try to rember to wash your hands when your done. I often times forget to aswell.
