Could I Be Pregnant??? Or Could It Be Stress??

I had a period on the 5th of november that lasted 6 days. On the 7th of december I thought I was starting my period but it only lasted 2 days and it was so light it didn't even touch the pad and was dark brown. Could this have been implantation bleeding??

Here are my other symptoms.

Feeling sick, getting car sick, unable to eat things I normally love. (didn't eat anything for xmas dinner and had trouble cooking it)

headache sometimes bad sometimes just annoying.

Very low dull backache like you get when you have been in bed to long. Thinking of bed, very tired although I have been sleeping the normal amount of time. (7-8 hours a night)

spots...... Big spots on my face, I have not been eating any xmas chocolates/sweets because of feeling sick so its not that.

Sharp stabbing pain about 2 inches in and down from my right side hip that comes a goes.

I done a hpt on the 10th and it was negative, I don't want to waste £8.50 on another one till all the symptoms point to it. (i am fit, healthy and don't smoke or drink)

it could just be stress from in-laws coming down for xmas??

If anyone else has had the same symptoms and got a positive please let me know.
