Need Help/advice
Posted: 12-28-04 03:42am

Ok, here's my problem, i've been masturbating for roughly 4 years now. At first it was just once in awhile, then it rose, until reaching once a day, but it didn't stop there, and eventualy went up to 3 times a day. And eventualy rose to where it is now at 5-7 times daily. I do have the occasional day where I only get the chance once or twice a day, or even the very rare days where I have too much work to do it at all. Anyways, lately I have noticed that my erections don't seem to be as hard. So basicaly what i'm asking is if these two think are/could be linked, and any advice on bringing it down to 1-2 times/day, or even less. Anyways, thanks for the help.

Hi,
i'm a natural practitioner. I'm not a man but I can tell you what I think might be going on.

The more you masturbate, the less you want it. If you left it alone for a day you'll find your erection will be back at it's optimum hardness.

Is it that you find yourself at a loss of what to do so you decide, oh well, might as well have a play?

This will have to be done in baby steps. You will have to ween yourself off masturbating as often as you do.

Tomorrow aim for five times during the day, next day aim for four, then three, then two, then one. Once a day is fine.

See how you go. You'll have to keep a tally and not go over your set amount. Give it a try. I wish you luck.
