Q: Frozen Sperm

2 years ago and just before my vasectomy, I froze some sperm in a small container in my freezer. It has stayed frozen and sterile.

Is this sperm something that can be used/retrieved by a clinic or are there factors related to the method of freezing and storage that render this sample useless?
