If u used the pump, u would have to do it before you had sex. It wont stay. Second, pills are a waste, just like diet pills. Your 21 now. Males are usually down with their growing process. Just like women, some just dont grow breasts like others. Just face it, thats you, thats your size and just learn to love it.
