Q: Black Seeds On Testicles

I have had small, black seed-like heads on my scrotum. I have removed them all and they have a root (do not hurt, itch or bother me). They are gone, but I am concerned as to what they might have been. I had undescended testes as a child (now, I am 32 years old), and assumed they were stitch/scar tissue. Please advise. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
