Long Term Effects From Allergy Symptoms Posted: 12-25-04 04:22am
I think i'm allergic to pet dander and
because of it I have lived with a constant
runny nose and sinus infections for about
3 years. (my family has a cat and a dog)
my question is, will constant nose blowing
cause permanent damage to my nose? Also,
I notice that the size of my nose seems to
increase from blowing it so much? Is this
possible?

I've never heard of complications to
blowing your nose too often. Just remember
not to blow too hard of put too much
pressure on your nose when you blow
either.
Your nose could be swelling a little
because you're doing both.
