Q: Safe to Have Sex After 14 Days On the Pill?

Is it okay to have sex after the first seven days of taking the pill? On the instructions with my pill it says that I can but I hear on here that people wait at least a month. I had sex after the first 14 days of using it, without any other type of protection and now im kinda worried.
