generally, I would say that it relates to something you ate, to how uncomfortable your sleep was, how pregnant you are, or how anxious and stressed you are.

Hey jess. It could be braxton hicks. Were your stomsch gets real hard then it goes away. It could be other things as well.

No it just felt like you knwo charlie horses in your legs like you pulled a muscle felt like my tummy was one big muscle and I strained it or something

My doctor told me when that happens to eat some banannas... I dont know if that will help you but good luck
