Hey guys, well I was reading one of my prenatal books on the twins trying to figure out why in the world my legs look like watermellons well not that big but there really puffy. And rite there on like the third book it says women pregnant with twins are likely to have severe syptoms of anything women carryin one child are. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do for this - or for sleeping im exhausted and I can't sleep. Thanks guys. And keep me updated on yourselves! ~melissa

Dont have salt! Try to avoid it as much as possible because that might cause it. It did for my sister, she swelled up like a baloon and had to avoid it. Even a little bit and her hands would puff. Drink alot of water. For sleeping or being tired, have alot of orange juice. There is langers plus. With more vitamins for energy. Hope this helps!
