I am 46 years old and still have regular periods. The past 5 years I have noticed changes in my cycle in that the length between periods has become shorter and my flow is lighter. I've also noticed several skin changes - dryness, more brown spots, folliculitis. One other skin change that has me concerned is I seem to bruise more easily. Often I will find bruises (especially on my legs) and I cannot remember banging into anything. I have had 4 blood tests since august (the most recent one 2 weeks ago) and they have all been normal. Specially, the platelet count, wbc and rbc have all been in the normal range. My question is: could this possibly be a symptom of perimenopause or could something else be causing this?

Thank you for your advice.

Hi,
it's quite possible that you could be premenopausal. The brown spots are the toxins in your body. Have you thought of detoxifying? Detox foot patches are the best thing on the market for that.

I have a name for you, i'll only use the lady's first name as i'm not sure she'd like her name enblazoned on the internet.

she posts them right to your door. A box of 30 detox patches costs me $55.00 $6.50 postage in australia. I'm not sure of postage out of australia though. I had brown spots and used the patches and they're almost gone.
