My g/f is on kariva and has been for the past 2 years. We had unprotected sex yesterday for the first time for the both of us. I did come inside of her a little yesterday and im pretty sure somewhere along the way some pre-cum got in today. How big of a chance is there that she will get pregnant? We should have used condoms....Stupid us, but I do have some now. Is there anyway we can find out if she might be pregnant any time soon? She is constant with taking her pill on time and she is on the 28 day pack. She takes the green/blue pills towards the beginning of the month. Thanks for any reply and advice.

Well, good for you both for being aware of the importance of birth control!!If she is religious about taking her pills, you should be okay.However-no method is 100%-except abstinance-and we know that is not a realistic approach. It is wise to use a condom as well as to be on oral contraceptives to be sure no accidents happen. If you both do not wish to become young parents. It is wise to continue with using condoms as well as the bcp's.She can take a pregnancy test as early as her first missed day,if she should be late with her period. In the mean time, calm down, she is probably not pregnant as long as she has taken her bcp's correctly.Good luck to you both!
