I have just had a mole removed from my
face because of shaving problems, iwas
about 2mm diam. And a little raised (it
was removed with the shaving technic), the
doctor told me to remove the bandages by
night (the mole was removed in the
morning), and whwn I removed it the wound
seemed to be kind crater-like, I wanted to
if its normal and it will go away or I
should do something about it.
Should I keep using bandages if I wasnt
told to? What kind of wound care should I
take in order to make the scar as
unnoticed as posible?
Anyone had something like this done
before?
I went through this same thing with a
knife or perhaps a razor. Trust me this
will help your removed mole be as
unnoticeable as possible. RETIN A
perscription of 0.01 persent (you start
with the lowest percent possible that can
work) not 0.10 per cent! the pharmicist or
doctor made this mistake with me and that
is a nightmare. I recall that it came in
a white aluminum tube and the colouring
for the percentage was the PURPLE one.
You may not see results for a while but
trust me you will get them. Any thing
that works, i believe, takes time. Use
this once a day, night time preferable.
Eventually, the "hole" in your face will
plumpen and become part of your face and
you will have the most natural looking
line in your skin that will look
completely natural if not unnoticable all
together. It is like clinique so it might
be irratated for a while but will get used
to it so keep it up. Keep it up however
long until you are satisfied. It is cheap
and should permanantly change your results
and you don't have to use it again. Use
the smallest amount cause it will work and
dont touch it. the product will last a
while and change it when its integrity
time expires. It is a miracle product
Believe me!!!! It is the second and very
important step to a knife or razer
removal, especially on the face because it
plumpens and smooths the skin. And for
extra "smoothness and plumpness" (this is
only if you feel your skin mark should be
lightened as well) a glaxal base and
hydrocotisone bleach mixture applied in
the morning will complement retin A very
well. Most doctors do not care enough
about these little life altering
differences, but a doctor from toronto,
who was like a gaurdian angel to me,
really compassionately looked out for my
self-image of myself by taking the time to
address this issue. Most doctors think
you ought not to be obsessed about it
WRONG! Hope that helps

Had a malignant melanoma removed (mohls
technique), where they literally punch out
the size of a half dollar, then rejoin
the skin back....kinda hard when theres no
body fat. So, I can relate to your "crater
like" scar. I used Vitamin E capsules, as
I do on all of my scars. A lot of people
have reactions to this, so by no means use
it if you do. It has worked wonders on my
scars. You can get these cheaply, just
bust the capsule and rub them on the scar.
Important to rub this in all directions,
not just one direction.
