Exclamation im having this pain on my back, on my right side, cracking and poping sounds on my shoulder and on to my right side of my back. And the pain iam feeling near my lower middle right side of my back. Description of the pain is (like a rug burn, when im wearing clothes over it) I get this almost everytime, from standing, sitting laying on my back).

With my hips, I get very sharp pain on my hips, on my right espically, I walk normal, and it feels like my joint goes out of place ( well feel likes it ). I looked in the mirror and and walked forward, and I notice there is a bump that goes in and out, on my right hip, but it dosent do it on my left hip..

And finally with my knee. ( right knee) almost with my hip, walking normally, I feel popping sounds on my knees, I get this , when I stand for long periond of time, and it makes popping sounds when I walk. It feel like my knee is very tender, and pain around my kneed, espically on the very top of my knee cap.

Im enlisted in the military, I talked to my pa about my pains, they say its just normal pain, and just deal with it. They took x-rays and they said they havent found anything wrong, in my x-rays, saying soft tissues are okay , this is leaving me to no where, and dont know what else to do..

x-rays cannot identify that there are certain types of soft tissue injuries. What they can identify is soft tissue changes like cancer not tightness, adhesions, or fibrosis. The pain in the mid-right back is probably from your costo-vertebral joint, secondary to the rib being rotated and displaced. Your right PSIS, is rotated for the pelvic rotation. The lft one, the reason you don't feel it, is because that side of the rotation is forward and away from the tissue, making it feel like it's sticking out. The left one is forward making it seem like it's not there. This rotation causes the hamstrings to be too tight and out of balance, leading to anterior knee pain. The Cincinnati Sports Medicine Research and Eduation foundation has developed the knee program that the women's national basketball association uses, they identified much of knee pain is due to the hamstrings and adductors are out of balance. You can find this program at sportsmetrics.net. Good luck and if your post has a chiropractor who understands sports medicine, ask to be referred to him by your PA.

Back pain, Shoulder & Right Knee
Hi Jason25,

Your problem is that you have many pinched et / or dislocated nerves and you should see a Chiro or a special massage therapist with my qualification.

Good Luck
