Q: White Spots!

I noticed that I have two small white spots on my inner labia'a. It looks like the color has been sucked out. Their itchy and a little sore. Their smooth though , not raised. My gyno is doing a biopsy. Could it be cancer? I'm scared! I'm only 28!
