i may be pregnant but i have been on the adkins diet for a while now and i like it but i need to know if it is safe while pregnant. Rolling Eyes

please help.

Hi, sweetie, first of all, I suggest you speak with you gyn/ob physician about this. It could be very dangerous to diet while pregnant, since, your baby need a great deal of nutrition. Will you please let me know what the answer is? By the way, how far along are you?
