About a year a go I got this rash thing under my nose, it had a few bubbles, and then the bubbles popped and for 3 weeks I had this rash under my nose. Then I went away and in a few months I got the same type thing a lil lower down. Once again I would get bumps, then they would pop, then they would grow, and then pop again. And no I have the same thing on my lip. It is really irritiating. I went to the doctor the last time and he said it was something ( I forget the name) and gave me some kind of cream but I dont htink it helped cauz it took even longer that time 2 go away. Now I dont kno wat 2 do about it cauz I hate havint this in school and having ppl see me. Any suggestions?

According to the outside appearance (rash, blisters, crust), location and repeating behavior it could be some herpes lesion. Cream that contain acyclovir is used for treating herpes.
Can you consult some dermatologist about this?
