Hard to Breathe
Posted: 12-20-04 16:03pm

Is anyone having a hard time breathing? I have been the last week. My mom says its because the baby is getting up in my rib cage. But today has been really bad! Its like I have to sit up really straight. And sometimes I feel like I have to take deep heavy breaths. Has anyone else dealt with this??

Yeah and it sucks. But it should go away when the baby drops! Then you'll feel sooo much more relieved.

Its completely normal...Your uterus is pushing up against your diaphragm which causes you to have a harder time breathing. You may get some relief when she drops...You may not.
