Q: Bitter Taste On Tongue

For the past few months i've had a bitter taste coming from my tongue. It's to the point now where everything I put in my mouth turns bitter. My chiropractor suggests it might be something neurological and cranial nerve related. Any ideas what it could be?

Dentonlexi:

you probably do wish to see a neurologist. Your doctor should be able to refer you. It is possible that you are experiencing seizures of some type - not all seizures involve the arms and legs and nasty auras such as specific types of tastes and smells sometimes are the only sign.

Good luck.

Kate
