I can't get my tampon in! I've been using
pads and I decided to try tampons but they
won't go in. I'm afraid it will hurt too.
How can I use tampons, maybe i'm not
using them properly. Plz help! Thanx

Hunny you have to breathe and relax the
best way to put a tampon is to relax and
squat down spread legs out or you can put
your foot on a small table and put it in
it wont hurt at all u wont even feel push
it in till its in the middle then push the
bottom until the a little tub pops off
throw that away and a little string will
hang down change it after a few hrs but
please dont leave it in for a long time it
can lead to alot of problems and could
make you sick. To take it out just tug on
the string dont jerk it down and dont
panic cuz that will make you muscles tense
up and make it harder to get out just pull
it out and there you go

One problem can be the type your trying.
Theres cotton and plastic. If your
completely dry down there its kind of hard
to push cotton in. Plastic is...Slideable
I guess. And it doesnt hurt. Unless you
pinch yourself. That ish hurts.
