I had a sawve capange (bone removal) on my left wrist exposing bone marrow at each end approximatley 1 to 2 inches apart. One joint being against the wrist joint.
Prior to this I had a spinal x-ray that showed normal wear and no spurs. Now the Dr. Tells me that I have degenerative disc decease, and every joint from c-4 to my hips (all that was x-rayed) is decaying rapidly giving me great pain!
Is there any way that leaving bone marrow exposed could have caused such a rapid degeneration. Four years have elapsed, and it is not limited to spinal pain. Every joint , shoulders and evensome rib cramping are now very common.
The Dr. Suggested epidural shots.I have serious concern about this concidering I am only 47 years old , also hepatitis c is in my system but not active.
Please help with any information you may have. I am in great pain and confusion!!!
Thank you,
roger anthony
