O hun im sooo sorry... I hate cramps and believe me I get em pretty bad too. Sometimes I have to leave work or school because I cannot take it.
For me, it helps to lay down.. Take a hot pack or something and curl up into a ball. Meds dont seem to work fast enough for me either... Hope this help...

I never tried advil or anything else but midol and motrin.
To tell you the truth, none of them work that great for me. They work but they wear off really quick for me. Usually the only thing that'll take cramps away is putting a burning hot bottle on my tummy (and letting it burn me, lol, it takes my mind off the cramps and more focused on the burning) and drinking gingerale :d
no shannon I am not crazy, lol.

Let's just hope you don't try that burning hot water bottle trick when you go into labor

Yuck. There was one point when I wasnt on the pill in highschool and I got horrible cramps, nothing worked. Then one of myfriends just had surgery on her wrists and she had some ultrams. That definetly did the trick! Whew....And some!
