Can anyone answer this question I am about to propose? Can a person that is b-postive blood accept b-negative blood without complications?? Also, what about a person that is b-postive accepting ab blood??

Hello.

we almost have the same problem. But on your case I believe there's no problem positive and negative b with ab blood type as my doctor explained. The problem occurs on blood type o's with a,b, but not as much as with the ab's.
