I just went off of depo and onto the patch (my due date was 12/5 for the shot).. I was supposed to have my period days ago (took the patch off on monday) and still haven't had it. I don't know if it's going to be later or if i'm not going to get it this month. I think the hormones from the shot stay in your body for several months afterwards (they just aren't high enough to be fully protected which is why you would normally need the new shot). I guess maybe we just have to wait it out. Let me know if you find anything more out.

Hey there.It can take up to six months for your body to readjust after getting off depo.I do not have personal experience with depo,but if you look back on some old posts about depo.It does seem to have the most and worst side affects.Call your doc and ask her/him about this ,if you do not get your period soon.Good luck!Patty

Hi, my name is raven. I was on depo for about a year and then I got off of it. While I was on the shot I had irregular periods. For about five months after getting off the shot I had a regular period, then one month I didnt get my period and have not had it for five months. Every once in a while I get cramps but no period. Is this normal? :cry:
