I'm having major baby fever right now..And seem to every couple weeks...It drives me crazy

i want to be a parent so bad..But i'm going to wait until i'm older, married, and as stable as possible.

What are some things you have done..Or think I should do to help me with this.

Any help is greatly appriciated!

I felt the same way, before I had babies. I was so bad I would cry when any of my friends found out they were pregnant. I used to take my friends kids. Even for the weekend sometimes. My best friend had 2 babies and she would always let me take them even for christmas and thanksgiving. That helped a lot. Hopefully you can get your hands on one. Laughing

Yeah...I wish I knew someone who had one that lived near me...But no Confused

I don't have many close friends..And if I do they are adults

i have a job..Which is tough..And don't really have time for babysitting

i work at a karate studio..So I do hold infants and young kids often. But I don't really have to do much..I only have them for like 5mins..Or an hour..Depending. So I don't have to feed them change them nothing.

It's so tough, very annoying.

Thanks for your advice..If anyone also has more advice please let me know

Smile

Hehe I know what you mean.. I had a doctors appt for a check up to see my hcg levels.. Its a womens clinic and in the waiting room there was like 5 pregnant ladies sitting there lol.. I just wanted to screm... So when I finally when in to see my doctor she said everything was ok and then asked me if I was gonna try to have another baby. Well anyways when I said "probably," she spent like 20 minutes tryint to persuade me not to. She was like, "i had my kids at 36 and 38 and I feel like I should have waited even longer and spent more time with my husband.. But my biological timmer was about to expire. She made life sound so good without kids. But yeah I know what you mean. I see other people being pregnant and having these cutes kids and it makes me want one myself soo bad.. And then on the other hand I think about it and dont want one... I dont know what to do myself... Confused ...

I'm sorry...I've been sick..So I don't remember too much about you Embarassed
maybe you can help some..Lol
i'd love to talk to u here, on .I.M. Or p.M.

But yeah..I know I most likely to wait until i'm older and married.
And marriage prolly won't be until i'm like 23
so i've got a lil time
then i'd like to spend at least 3 years alone with my husband b4 kids come in the picture. So I will prolly be 26
which is 10 years from now
so I have like 10 years of baby fever to deal with...Erg
i don't know what to do Shocked

Hehe.. Whheewww if you put it that way it does seem like a long time. Just focus on other things right now and it'll be time sooner than you know it.

... By the way im daisy (kinda new here) 18, married since june '04..

I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago I was 9.5 weeks pregnant. Ummm thats about it.. Even though im no longer pregnant I still love coming on here especially during work cuz it gets soo boring. I work at a hospital up in the ob section.. I get all the paperwork ready for people appts and when they come in to deliver. So yeah I see lots and lots of very cute babies which doesnt help. But sometimes it gets really slow and boring so I come on here since at home im always busy (i also go to college.. So yeah pretty much dont have a life right now).. But id love to talk... :d
