1. Cut down on caffeine
2.Create a sleep atmosphere in your bedroom
3.Take time to unwind
4.Avoid pizza and pickles spicy or acidic foods can cause heartburn
5.Try to go to sleep amd wake up at the same time eceryday, this will train your body
6.Dont lie there if you cant fall asleep take a warm bath or read!
