I have a freind and it seems that when
ever anything goes wrong all he thinks
about is killing himself. Last year I ahd
a very close friend he was practically my
brother casue i've know the family since
kinder etc. Well one day he was perfectly
fine then the next i'm having his sister
call me and telling me there has been a
gun accident and that someone got killed
and between the sob and heavy breathing I
hear his name. Last year was one of the
hardest years of my life and now i'm
keeping a real close watch on all my
friends so when last friday came up it was
like last year all over so just give me
some pointers on how to help him and make
him not think like that

 I can relate to the, whenever
anything goes wrong I always want to know
why me or wonder if it would be easier to
just end it all. The only thing I can
suggest is to tell him to step back.
When things go wrong and there is nothing
you can do about it, walk away, turn to
something that brings you some peace,
quiets your mind, soothes the frustration.
Music, running, exercise whatever. If
he believes in god at all, I strongly
suggest putting it in god's hands. God
has his own timetable of course, but he is
always on time when we really need him and
have faith. I have come a long way and
still have a long way to go, but I have
been saved more than once by putting my
problems in god's hands. When I say
saved I also mean from myself. Believe
me it works, just have a little faith.
