Hi alisia,
i have always found alcohol to work -- fast.

I started using it when I was a teen, and used it with my son when he was a teen.

Basically, all you need is rubbing alcohol and cotton balls.

Wet a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol and press the cotton ball against the zit you are targetting. Grit your teeth because it stings... I tend to think of the stinging as the bacteria trying to get me to stop. So the stinging tells me it's working. I usually go for about 5 minutes per application. In about three days most zits have been erradicated -- totally wiped out!!!!

Give it a try :d
i think you'll be major pleased.
