You should go to the doctor and all that and tell them about your concerns about your body being messed up for having babies later because of birth control. A doctor should be able to answer any questions you have and deal with whatever concerns you have too. Really not that bad, and I dont know how old you are, but its never too young to practice safer sex.
If you're extremely nervous about using pills and them messing up your body, there's always condoms, spermacides, sponges, diaphragms... You can ask your doctor about all of the options besides pills to keep you safe from getting pregant if you dont want to be right now. Good luck!
