I was on ortho tri-cyclen lo for about 3 months then went off it for about 2 months now i'm back on it and almost done with my 4th month. My periods are still not regular and I was wondering if this was strange and how long it usually takes to become regulated

There really is no normal amount of time it takes your body to regulate to the pills because everyone is different. Some people's bodies adapt to the hormonal changes and whatnot very quickly, after the first 1 or 2 months, other people it may take up to 6 months or longer... Only time will tell when your body will decide it's used to the pills and be regulated.
