Are you sure it's nothing, I get them when I think about all the sh*t I have to do, or when drew woories me, or I used to get them when I had a fear of people. But i've never gotten them over nothing, weird.

My cousin is 16, and she gets panic attacks.. I guess she said they feel like your heart hurts, and like u cant breathe.. She isnt always anxious when she gets them, so I think they just can come anytime..

I get those all the time! I hate them so bad... Mine are so bad I cry sometimes... I have been getting them for years though... For no reason at all... Maybe I cry because I have manic depression/anxiety... I don't know though... I got dianosed with bipolar... I don't know though it all confuses me... But those attacks I usally get in crowded places....

Lilangel, maybe you have social anxiety disorder, and that's why you get them in crowded places. I was terrified of people, I couldn't even go into a gas station by myself, let alone a store!! I also couldn't even call people I didn't know, I had to have my mom call my Dr. And set up all my appointments, and even go to the appointments with me, even though I was 18, married, and not living with her.

Lilangel, they have drugs out for it now, but I don't know the side affects or anything. I got over mine when drew came and I really had no choice. Plus having drew with me helped alot, so if you do have this, then maybe when your baby comes that will help a little bit.
