I have really thick curly hair. The same
thing happens to me. I would say that its
not a problem unless u visiblly see
baldness/thinning. Geezz sometimes I wish
my hair would thin! Lol. But again im
not a perfessional but just trying to
help!

It is normal to lose 100+ strands of hair
a day. If you have longer or thicker
hair it looks like you are losing more
hair than someone with shorter thinner
hair but on average you lose the same
amount. Every morning when I take a
shower and then brush out my hair, my
brush fills up too....I have long thick
curly hair. Malnutrition can cause hair
loss but generally your hair would be
falling out and not growing back in and
you would begin to see bald spots. I
doubt that is the case. I wouldn't worry
about it - it is normal. You lose
eyelashes and arm hairs all the time too
but rarely notice because they are tiny.
Its all normal
